Carrie Heustis / Carrie & Co. | Keller Williams sends conversational, relationship-based text messages to current clients, past clients, and prospective buyers and sellers in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida who have opted in. Messages respond to real estate inquiries, share property listings matching a client's search, confirm and remind clients of showings, open houses, and appointments, and provide active transaction updates. This is not a bulk promotional messaging program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in
You can opt in by checking the optional, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a ccoflorida.com inquiry form. You may submit any inquiry without checking it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can also initiate a text conversation with Carrie, including after seeing a listing sign or business card or receiving a referral. Carrie replies with a confirmation identifying the team and including opt-out instructions. A referral, possession of your phone number, or a website inquiry without a checked SMS box does not authorize us to initiate text messages. We do not purchase or import third-party phone lists.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After an opt-out, you may receive a single confirmation; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
